political economic theory hopism
Hopism is political theory written by an ordinary person with ordinary aspirations for life. Hopism recognises and accepts human nature’s weaknesses and strengths and tries to build a realistic framework to create a society of low tax, high social service and low waste.
This is Hopism-Beta-Edition, republished again after a four year break due to background issues. It is still edition 1 and could do with some editing, better english, slicker graphics, some videos and many more diagrams. That will get done sometime during rainy dark November 2014, together with a discussion forum, where this rough idea can be beaten into shape and better written by contributors.
The end result is more useful work done, a happier society and more free time to enjoy your life - whilst knowing that social obligations are met.
Status
Hopism is short and sweet
Hopism is under development, there will be bits you like and bits you dont, maybe there could be different splinter variants. The theory itself is simple and should take less than an afternoon to understand. There are around twenty texts on the webring, each less than a thousand words.

MOVEMENT
99% of all world problems are immediately solvable, but we are afraid of the solution and lack a process of problem ownership which demands those responsible for the ownership to take action.
A recent example was a furore concerning Greek borrowing. This problem can only be solved by better fiscal rational by Greek people and government. The ownership and solution belongs to them. They will need to work harder, for less money, retire later and collect tax better. Problem solved.
People across the world need to learn to add up and drop the notion of borrowing and loanism to hide their incompetence and cowardice in dealing with finance. Easy. The notion of all the world globally sharing local problems is a nonsense. Of course we must take a proportional interest in other peoples affairs. But ownership and the burden of problem ownership should clearly apportioned as locally as possible.
Once we concentrate on our own patch and take ownership of the problems, world problems will be locally owned and diminish. There must be a balance between sympathy and sneering at other countries problems when they are self induced. This will embarass people into action.
There is no excuse for year on year national fiscal borrowing, it is unsustainable and a destablising influence in the world. The notion of any country borrowing is fiscal desperation and should be openly ridiculed.
Year on year borrowing should automatically trigger elections as the government has failed, i.e. to govern properly.
